SEPTEMBER 1, 2016
A SPECIAL meeting of the Village of Glasford Board of Trustees was convened at 6:30pm for the purpose of awarding bid contract for 2016 Main Street Improvement project.
In attendance were Trustees Allen, Bailey, Kingsley, Pilgrim, Schoenbrun and Whaley; also in attendance was Streets/Maintenance Supt. Keith Reimer. Trustee Allen acting as Mayor Protem in Mayor Rudd’s absence and Trustee Kingsley acting as Clerk Protem in Clerk Stetler’s absence.
Motion to award bid contract to PA Atherton for $29,575.00 for 2016 Main Street Improvements made by Bailey, 2nd by Pilgrim. Roll call... Bailey – AYE; Kingsley – AYE; Pilgrim – AYE; Schoenbrun – AYE; Whaley – AYE. All ayes, motion passed.
Motion for adjournment made by Schoenbrun, 2nd by Whaley. Roll call... Bailey – AYE; Kingsley – AYE; Pilgrim – AYE; Schoenbrun – AYE; Whaley – AYE. All ayes, motion passed.
