Bellevue Board met Tuesday, Nov. 22.
The board serves as the legislative arm of the village government.

Approval Of minutes 11/9/16- Francis motioned-2nd-Marty-all in favor Approval of bills- Chad motioned-2nd-Leroy-all in favor
Discussion from residence Rich stone burner (zone officer)-Dave Crum about serving a notice to appear. The cop and Rich will have to serve him. He hasn't been able to meet with Precision tree. Terry Elston- Terry (mayor) let him know he checked on the curb on Anna hill and the curb is alright. Steve Wilson- Asked if board has any ideas or plans for big street repairs?Terry (mayor) thinks we should let the general fund build up after the repairs we did this year. And told Steve to look at what we do need to fix. Purchase of Diesel fuel-Chad motioned-2nd- Dean- all in favor Matt Raible- nothing Bill Johnson- talked about people dumping on property on Bellevue Avenue-Crystal suggested putting up no trespassing signs and call the police. Asked about lights over by Mail Tech- Terry(mayor) said we have talked about it and it will cost too much.

Discussion from Board Aaron- asked about Christmas display contest and if it’s going to be a $50 gift card to winner?- mayor said yes. Also asked how everybody feels about burning leaves and wanted to know if we could put restrictions on burning leave ? There was discussion from board and residents and don’t believe that we will be able to put any restrictions on burning leaves. Marty- nothing Dean-Roger morris asked about letter sent from lawyer? Lane (lawyer) set of board wants to go full force ahead ? Board wants to move forward on Roger Morris – Chad motioned – 2 nod- Aaron – all in favor. Chad also mentioned the other properties with tarps get addresses for Lane for the tarp houses to move forward with those also. Francis – nothing Leroy- asked about Prater and hardware? Lane(lawyer) Lane talked about the letter being sent out to the hardware it will be sent to both owners. Lane (lawyer) Logan’s property set up a meeting with them and talked about the issues Lane will call Pat with the IE PA about getting the notice. Lane also talked about the caucus gave forms if needed he has a checklist already have Bush notice of caucus is December 5, 2017 forms will need to be filed at courthouse on 19 December. Steve Wilson- asked about residence ordinance and board will think about and talk about it next meeting. Terry (mayor) – 724 ordinance Travel Expense –Leroy- motioned -2nd- Chad –all in favor We will have one meeting in December due to Christmas- Board agrees.
