Motion by Heskett, Seconded by Meyer to approve minutes as presented.

Consideration and action on Financial Reports

November 2016 End of Month Voucher Report

November 2016 Treasurer’s Report

Motion by Campen, Seconded by Motsinger to approve financial reports as

presented.

Consideration and action to approve the Hiring Survey for Fiscal Year 2018 for SEAPCO.

Motion by Garske, Seconded by Heskett to approve the SEAPCO Hiring Survey for

Fiscal Year 2018 as presented.

Ayes: Campen, Freimuth, Garske, Heskett, Meyer, Motsinger

Nays: None

Abstains: None

Motion: Carried.

Consideration and action on the tuition reimbursement for Nicole Rutledge

Motion by Campen, Seconded by Freimuth to approve the tuition reimbursement

for Nicole Rutledge for class MTH 404.

Nays: None

Abstains: None

Reports/Discussion

Principal’s Report

December 16th was the 5-8 grade band and chorus concert as well as the PTO's dinner with Santa. It was a very successful evening, Thank you to Mrs. Strelak for all her work and to everyone that volunteered to help, including Mr. Carr who decorated the foyer.

Mr. Jockisch reviewed the average referrals per day over a 6 year trend.

School Board Convention discussion

Idea on utilizing the website

Board members, PTO and Parents getting together talking over ideals and thoughts.

Mrs. Campen: Face book page for parents of students for general information?

PRESS meeting

Set date and time to meet.

Office personnel cross-training

Dr. Eberle would like for the bookkeeper, clerical and secretary to cross train on each others job responsibilities.

SEAPCO admin, SEAPCO move, ED classrooms

Dr. Eberle advised the Board of SEAPCO's plans for year 2017. At this time, it looks like the move will take place.
