Peoria drivers are being warned that erosion-repair work on Mossville Road will begin on Monday, and they should expect slowdowns, according to the Peoria County Highway Department.
The section of road to be worked on is a mile east of Illinois Route 40. Repairs are expected to take approximately one month, the agency said.
Drivers are being asked to be cautious when passing through the construction zone as workers will be present.
