The Aurora Spartans, led by former Illini Bluffs High School standout Devon White, were defeated 84-60 by the CMS Stags on Friday, March 6, in their opening contest of the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The teams faced off at 2:20 p.m. in Mitchell Hall Fieldhouse, marking their first tournament meeting this year.
