B) Consideration and possible approval for the recommendation of the Beautification Committee. The recommendation is to hire Koos Nursery to plant the boxes for the Front Street Project.

C) Consideration and possible approval for the recommendation of the Zoning Board to approve a rezoning request Mason Barr at 170

E. Clay Street. Barr is requesting Lot 1,2,3,4 be rezoned to A-2 (Residential – Single Family – older Development) from AG (Agriculture). The request application is for property at 170 E. Clay Street, El Paso, IL 61738. Legal Description: T26N-R2E-S08 LOTS 1,2,3,4 BLK 19 Bestor & Bays Addn in the City of El Paso, Woodford County, Illinois 61738, Tax Parcel ID 16-08-202-003.
