D. Consideration and approval of Inducement Resolution 2026-2. A resolution for the proposed El Paso Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District for the El Paso Faststop Express Redevelopment Project.

E. Consideration and approval of Inducement Resolution 2026-3. A resolution for the proposed El Paso Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District for Racin Dream, LLC Redevelopment Project.
