A. Consideration and possible approval for the recommendation of the Audit Committee to accept the City of El Paso Annual Financial Report (Audit). As of and for the year ended April 30th, 2024.

B. Discussion and possible approval of an agreement for regulation of parking of motor vehicles and traffic regulations at the El Paso Gridley School District #11.

C Discussion and possible approval of the Zoning Board recommendation to approve Steve and Marilyn Unger area variance for 698 E. 6th Street. The application is requesting an eight-foot variance on the north side of their principal building (resident) to build a porch. Under Residential A-1 District 315- 31 yards for principle building the distance required is 30 feet to the nearest right-away, or 63 feet from the center of the road. The variance request of four feet would reduce the distance to 55 feet from the center of the road.

The application request is for property at 698 E. 6th Street, El Paso, IL 61738. Legal Description: T26N-R2E-S05 PT of BLK 1 Gibson Addition in the City of El Paso, Woodford County, Illinois 61738. Tax Parcel ID 16-05-408-031.

D. Presentation and discussion by Third Pillar Solar in reference to the El Paso Sewer Plant 2834 County Road 1100 N. The subject will be installing solar panels on the ponds.
