3. Approval of Minutes from August 4, 2025 Council Meeting.

4. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

5. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting) and one corrected report for June 2025

6. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

7. Approval of semi-monthly.

8. Recommendation from Eureka Enterprise Committee to approve the procurement of Waterworth software for a period of two years to analyze water/sewer/storm rates and capital expenses.

9. Consideration of bids for MFT HMA road work for Dennis, Century and Glen Drive.

10. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/29(c)(11) discussion of possible or imminent litigation.
