3. Approve $3,119.79 to Better Banks for monthly Fire Engine 313 loan payment.

4. Approve Bi-Monthly Expenditures in the amount of $208,524.49.

5. Approve $1,329.30 for Fire Dept. portion of TC3 Dispatch quarterly invoice.

6. Approve $9,495.00 for Police Dept. portion of TC3 Dispatch quarterly invoice.
