Stevie A. Linwood Jr., convicted for murdering Zaneta S. Winters and Jakaiden Rynearson in Peoria, received a mandatory natural life sentence on April 10. The sentencing included emotional statements from both victims’ families as well as details about school demographics across Peoria County.
