25-025 Request from the Town Officials to Approve the January 2025 Actual Expenditures and to Approve the February 2025 Anticipated Expenditures for the Town of the City of Peoria.

CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS VOTE, WITH RECOMMENDATIONS AS OUTLINED

All matters listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine and non-controversial and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote; there will not be a separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the City Council/Town Board, the item will be removed and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. 25-026 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request to Approve an Agreement to Transfer Ownership of a Sanitary Sewer Between Elmwood Avenue and Duryea Place, from the City of Peoria to Bradley University.

25-027 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request to Approve a Permanent Easement Agreement for Access to the Rock Island Trail from 5720 N. Knoxville Avenue (PIN’s:14-16-451-014 & 14-16-451-016), as Requested by HGSM Enterprises, LLC. (Council District 3)

25-028 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Human Resources with a Request to Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Peoria and the Peoria Police Benevolent Association, to Cover the Period from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.

25-029 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request for the Following: (Council District 3)

A. Approve an Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) for the City’s Participation in the D4 Electrical 2024 Project in Peoria, Fulton, Knox, Tazewell, Warren, and Woodford Counties; and,

B. Approve a Funding Resolution for the City’s Cost Participation in the D4 Electrical 2024, in the Amount of $8,855.00, Plus Contingencies.

25-030 Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with a Request to Adopt an Ordinance Approving the Real Estate Purchase of Various Parcels along May Street, Between Maple and Oak in the City of Peoria, from BNSF Railway Company.
