The intersection of W. Hayes Street and S. Easton Avenue will be closed to all traffic starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25. The closure is part of the Combined Sewer Overflow Year 4 Control Project and is scheduled to continue through April, depending on weather conditions.
During the closure, drivers traveling through W. Hayes Street are advised to use W. Grinnell Street as an alternative route, while those on S. Easton Avenue should take S. Western Avenue instead.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution in the area and follow posted detour signs for their safety.
