The Illinois Fighting Illini, led by former Peoria High School basketball standout Aaliyah Guyton, defeated the Colorado Buffaloes 66-57 in an NCAA Tournament game held Saturday, March 21.
The matchup was held at Memorial Gymnasium with tipoff at 7:30 p.m.
Guyton logged two points over 17 minutes of play.
The Fighting Illini will return to Memorial Gymnasium for their next game on Monday, March 23, at 6 p.m.
