On Friday, March 6, the Illinois Wesleyan Titans—a team featuring former El Paso-Gridley High School standout Micah Meiss—defeated the Heidelberg Student Princes 62-51 in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup marked their first meeting against Heidelberg in the tournament, and it was held at the Shirk Center at 6:40 p.m.
The Titans are set to play their next game Saturday, March 7, at 6:40 p.m. at the Shirk Center.
