Brittiney Riggins, a registered nurse, was named as Lincoln Memorial Hospital’s Colleague of the Month for March, according to an April 8 announcement.
The award recognizes staff members who demonstrate excellence in their roles and reflect the mission, vision and values of Memorial Health.
Riggins was chosen after being nominated by colleagues who noted her commitment to patient safety and her ability to adapt in fast-paced care settings. Her peers described her as someone who delivers compassionate care even under pressure.
One nominator said, “Brittiney is a team player who is always willing to help any patient or peer. She is quick to respond to patient safety needs and shows an amazing amount of patience, grace and understanding with both patients and staff.”
Riggins has been part of Memorial Health since 2024.
