Kaiden Leezer, an aspiring musician from Kewanee, has been named Citizen Spotlight by State Rep. Travis Weaver. The honor follows his recent performance at a local food truck event and encourages others in Central Illinois to support local talent.

Rep. Weaver encourages District 93 students to join community clean-up project

State Rep. Travis Weaver has launched his annual Community Clean-Up Project for District 93 students and classrooms. Participants are invited to collect trash locally and submit photos by May 22 for recognition from the General Assembly.
