The Brimfield Public Library Board met April 4.
The Brimfield Public Library District provides information, educational and recreational materials and other vital services to meet the needs of our community residents. Special emphasis is placed on students and on stimulating young children's interests. The library serves as the information resource and learning center for the community.
Here are the minutes of the April 4 meeting as provided by the Brimfield Public Library District:
Call to Order – Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.
Roll Call – Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present: Holly More, Shirley Sollenberger, Angie Sneeringer, Pam Fabish, Trip Barton, and Director Patti Smith.
Public Comment - None
Secretary’s Report – Shirley Sollenberger made a motion to approve minutes from the March meeting. Trip Barton seconded; motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report – Holly More made a motion to approve the March Financial Report. Shirley Sollenberger seconded; motion carried.
Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the April bills. Holly More seconded; motion carried.
Director’s Report – Patti Smith presented the director’s report.
Unfinished Business – Patti discussed the construction repairs made last month. The cracked corners and wallpaper in the new Activity Room were repaired. She is awaiting the warranty letter before sending in the retainer check of $922.14.
Adjournment – Holly More made a motion to adjourn. Trip Barton seconded; motion carried.
