The city of Peoria Public Works Department will hold special hearings at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Peoria Public Works is dedicated to improving the quality of the city’s infrastructure through best management practices and providing high levels of customer service to businesses, residents and visitors alike.
Here is the hearing notice as provided by the Public Works Department:
Informational meetings to accept Public Comment regarding the City of Peoria’s Refuse Collection Contract with Peoria Disposal Company will be held as follows:
- 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday; City Council Chambers, City Hall, Room 400, 419 Fulton St.
OR
- 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, Peoria Public Library – North Branch - McKenzie Room, 3001 W Grand Parkway
The meetings will be hosted by the Public Works Department and Peoria Disposal Company representatives will be in attendance. Citizens who are unable to attend the meetings may forward comments to mtrogers@peoriagov.org.
