Peoria Zoning Board of Appeals to reconsider wireless communication antenna request

The Peoria Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 1:00 p.m. Aug. 11.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial group which rules on requests for variance from any section of the City Zoning Ordinance. This Committee meets at 1:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month at City Hall, 419 Fulton St..

Petitioner Sean O’Connell, on behalf of Cellco Partnership d//b/a Verizon Wireless, is appealing the Site Plan Review Board’s decision regarding the denial of a consolidated application for a zoning certificate and building permit, for the collocation of wireless communication antennas, for the property located at 2112 N. Linn Street (Parcel identification No. 14-33-378-019 & 14-33-378-020), Peoria, Illinois. (Council District 2).
