A Rezoning request from "I-1" Light Industrial to "A-2" Agriculture. The petitioner proposed to rezone.232 acres from an existing 31.28 acre parcel in order to combine it with the adjacent parcel to the east side of Route 6. The parcel is located in Kickapoo Township. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval. The Land Use and Infrastructure Committee concurs. 2. A resolution from your Health, Public Safety and Justice Committee recommending approval to appropriate funding in the amount of $7,285.00 in the PCAPS Fund in order to remodel the primary cat adoption room.
