Monday, October 3, 2016
Call to Order – Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library
Board of Trustees to order.
Roll Call – Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present: Holly More,
Angie Sneeringer, Trip Barton, Pam Fabish, Shirley Sollenberger, and Director Patti
Smith.
Public Comment – None
Secretary’s Report – Holly More made a motion to approve the August meeting
minutes. Pam Fabish seconded; motion carried.
Trip Barton made a motion to approve the September meeting minutes. Holly More
seconded; motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report – Trip Barton made a motion to approve the September Financial
Report. Pam Fabish seconded; motion carried.
Shirley Sollenberger made a motion to approve the October bills. Holly More seconded;
motion carried.
Director’s Report – Patti Smith presented the director’s report.
Adjournment – Holly More made a motion to adjourn. Shirley Sollenberger seconded;
motion carried.
