7. New Business

a. Discussion/Action-GIS Parcel Data requests for fee waiver

1. City of Farmington-Presented by Keith Plavec of Maurer and Stutz with a request that fees be waived to provide the City of Farmington a copy of their parcel data.

2. City of Canton-Presented by Keith Plavec of Maurer and Stutz with a request that fees be waived to provide the City of Canton a copy of their parcel data.

3. Julie GIS Data request-no one was present to represent so this item will be moved to the March Zoning Meeting

Motion to approve 1st Doug Manock 2nd Eric Pigg

Motion carried by voice vote with all members voting aye. Jason Myetich abstained from voting. The action was sent to the full board as a resolution requiring their vote.

b. Monderrosa subdivision- No one present. Move to March 2017 Zoning Meeting

c. Discussion/Action-Wine Processing Operation-Big Horse Vineyards/Don Archdale. Don did a presentation of his plans to establish a processing plant for his vineyard about 1.5 miles away from his current retail operation.

1. Motion to approve and send to the Zoning Board of Appeals in March for a public hearing.

1st Jason Myetich 2nd Eric Pigg. All members voted Aye. Motion carried.

8. Old Business

a. Discussion/Action-Proposed Ordinance Concerning Tiny Homes

No action taken.

The meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m. With motion by Doug Manock, Second from Eric Pigg, all members voted aye.
