Brimfield Community Unified School District 309 Board of Building & Grounds Committee met May 8.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
Meeting was called to order @ 5:30 pm
Mr. Thompson, Mr. Bauer, Mr. Heinz & Mr. Richardson were present.
Committee discussed what the purpose of the RFQ and provided information to Mr. Thompson.
Reviewed the Qualifications of the firms that responded.
The decision was made for the Building & Grounds committee to conduct a walk-through of the grade school on May 17th @ 5 pm.
From the walk through the committee will develop informed information and questions to inquire of the firms.
May 31 a walk-through with the firms and the Building & Grounds committee at 3 pm for the firms to gather information and develop a plan for the project.
The committee will make an informed recommendation to the whole board based on the scope of the project from the firms.
