A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends of Casey Johnson was the only campaign committee in Peoria that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Friends of Casey Johnson has yet to pay was imposed on June 8, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $5,000.
