Zion Park District Board met Nov. 16.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. Commissioners Pye, Brown, Magiera and President Hartmann were present. Also present for the meeting were: Executive Director Krieger, Superintendent of Administrative Services Bradley, Superintendent of Recreation Petersen, and Mike Clark.
No guests were in attendance.
Assistant Treasurer Bradley reviewed the Cash Position. As of October 31, 2017 the Park District’s cash and investments totaled $4,530,970. Compared to the prior year, the District’s total cash position increased by $209,962.
Assistant Treasurer Bradley reviewed the Treasurer’s Report and the bills. For the six monthsended October 31, 2017 the Park District’s actual revenues were $5,201,085 vs budgeted revenues of $5,250,105. Year-to-date actual expenditures were $3,134,694 which was $247,841 less than budgeted. As of October 31, 2017 the District’s year-to-date surplus was $2,066,391.
Unpaid and total bills in the amount of $353,890.55 were presented for approval.
