Hold a Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to City Council on the request of

Hold a Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to City Council on the request of
George Ghareeb of Terra Engineering, Ltd. for Carlos Vizcarra of Amerco Real Estate
Company, to obtain a Special Use in a Class C-1 (General Commercial) District for a
Multi-Story Mini-Storage and Vehicle Rental Facility for the property identified as
Parcel Identification Nos. 14-19-477-007 & -019, with an address of 4400 N Brandywine
Drive, Peoria IL (Council District 4).
