City of Peoria issued the following announcement on May 4.
The City of Peoria’s ongoing MacArthur Highway Bridge Reconstruction Project will begin Pile Driving work on Monday, May 7th. This required work will begin at 7 a.m. and end by 7 p.m. from May 7th until Wednesday, May 9th, weather permitting. Residents, businesses, and all other nearby stakeholders may hear the work as it is being completed.
Motorists are encouraged to use extreme caution in construction zones.
