City of Peoria issued the following announcement on June 21.
On Monday, June 25th, the southbound lane of S. Shelley Street will be closed beginning at 7:00 a.m. for storm sewer repairs. The southbound lane only will be closed between W. Millman Street and W. Howett Street. The closure is expected to last approximately three days, weather permitting.
Motorists are encouraged to use detoured southbound routes as posted.
