City of Lacon issued the following announcement on July 11.
Starting Thursday, July 12, 2018 - Until Further Notice
No person shall use any water sprinkler, sprinkling or perforated soaker hose to water any lawn, garden, shrub, tree or flower between 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. These restrictions shall apply to all residences and to all business and institutions having lawns, gardens, trees or shrubs, and shall be followed at all parks and public buildings owned by the city.
