CITY OF LEXINGTON: To Report Lexington Utilities Power Outage

Poweroutage

City of Lexington issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.

#PublicPower community powered by @ElectriCitiesNC crews working for you.

TO REPORT POWER OUTAGE or other interrupted Lexington Utilities service:

CLICK HERE to report online from a computer or mobile device

OR call 336.248.2337 or 336.243.2489 (for ease in remembering 336-243-CITY)

If significant power outages occur from #Florence, we respectfully request customers to have confidence and patience with the automated outage reporting system and the extent of the damage. Widespread outages and escalated call volumes will not allow for every customer to reach a call center representative. Lexington Utilities SCADA technology informs crews of outage areas. Plan personally for the possibility of extended outages.
