City of Marquette Heights issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.
Do not set out Limbs or Brush for pick-up more than 48 hours before pick-up day.
*Do not set out any Limbs or Brush after the crew goes by, it will not be removed. We will only make ONE trip down each street.
*It does sometimes take more than one day to complete this service, depending on the amount of limbs and brush to pick up.
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment breakage, etc.) affect the scheduled week. Please be patient, the Street Dept. Crew will work as efficiently and safely as possible to get down your street to get the limbs or brush picked up.
