City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Oct. 5.
East Peoria residents can choose from a variety of flower bulbs at the Beautification Commission's Fall Flower Bulb Sale. The sale occurs from 9 a.m.-noon (earlier if sold out) at the Civic Complex Atrium, 401 W. Washington St. In addition, residents wanting to re-purpose their old red or blue small recycling bins can drop them off during the bulb sale and they will be collected by Public Works.
