Report: Germantown Hills spent $7,988 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Germantown Hills School District 69 is up 3.7 percent from five years ago, according to a Peoria Standard analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Woodford County school district spent $7,701 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $7,988 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 878 to 808.

Germantown Hills's spending in 2017-18 was 40.1 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
