Q3 real estate sales report: Canton

Median prices rose in Canton over last year, and are down 18 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 95 homes sold in Canton for a median price of $64,500. That's 31.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
