Q3 real estate sales report: Hopedale

Median prices declined in Hopedale over last year, and are up 87 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 2 homes sold in Hopedale for a median price of $113,750. That's 29 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
