Q4 real estate sales report: Armington

Median prices declined in Armington over last year, and are up 73.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 2 homes sold in Armington for a median price of $112,500. That's 76.8 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in Armington.

Median property tax for homeowners in Armington was $1,566.89 in 2016 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 11.5 percent of their home's value in taxes.
