How did Ryan Spain spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Non partisan Ryan Spain's election campaign committee, Friends of Ryan Spain, spent $27,467 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Spain's committee spent the most on fund raising - printing and postage in the quarter, with all those payments ($8,510) going to Victory Enterprises in Davenport. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Spain's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
