Non partis Jim Ardis's election campaign committee, Jim Ardis for Council Committee, spent $26,716 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Ardis's committee spent the most on signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,452) going to Victory Enterprises in Davenport. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Ardis's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
