How did Ron Hain spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Ron Hain's election campaign committee, Hain for Kane Sheriff, spent $3,987 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hain's committee spent the most on signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,475) going to Awesome Campaign Signs in Elgin. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hain's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
