Frankfort (Will County) home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Frankfort in Will County fell by $19,360 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $424,360 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Frankfort in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Frankfort for 2017 was $8,791.50. In 2016, the median sales tax was $8,553.40. This marks an increase of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
