Manito home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Manito fell by $13,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,500 - a 19% decrease over the $72,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Manito in the first quarter of 2016.
