Minonk home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Minonk rose by $4,050 while total sales increased by 225%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,500 - a 8.7% increase over the $46,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Minonk in the fourth quarter of 2016.
