Germantown Hills home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Germantown Hills fell by $54,800 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,200 - a 19.4% decrease over the $283,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Germantown Hills in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Germantown Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,207.30, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
