El Paso home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in El Paso fell by $6,750 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $120,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in El Paso in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,568.10, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
