Green Valley home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Green Valley fell by $62,372 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,178 - a 38.4% decrease over the $162,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Green Valley in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Green Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,401.80, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
