Creve Coeur home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Creve Coeur fell by $4,400 while total sales decreased by 32.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $69,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Creve Coeur in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Creve Coeur for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,424.80, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
