Manito home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Manito fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Manito in the first half of 2016.
