St. David home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in St. David rose by $40,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,750 - a 271.7% increase over the $15,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in St. David in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in St. David for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $883, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
