Armington home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Armington rose by $234,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 607.8% increase over the $38,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Armington in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Armington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,123, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
